J'étais un peu dubitatif au début de commander en Slovaquie étant de France mais j'ai été très satisfait de mon experience d'achat. Juste un léger pb: Je n'avais pas reçu de mails pour mon achat (dû à un bug) et j'ai contacté le SAV. Le SAV m'a rapidement envoyé un mail avec la facture ainsi que le tracking de mon colis. Donc SAV très efficace. J'ai reçu mon colis assez rapidement et sans casse. En plus de ça j'ai l'impression que les prix chez Muziker sont assez attractifs (j'ai payé 129 euros pour une guitare électrique Sx). Donc je recommande Muziker.

Produit reçu a la date prévu, conforme a ma commande dans sont emballage d'origine. Je recommande. Merci.

Bought 2 guitars from muziker Michael kelly 1953 carmel burst in august and a michael kelly 1953 db partial eclispe november i havent opened the 1953 db yet as it is for christmas. The 1953 carmel burst is the best guitar i have ever played it is way way under priced it is better than my 5 italias and my mexian tele. Muziker were great to deal with BEST PRICE GREAT FREE FAST DELIVERY had within 5 days,i am currently saving for a mk custom patriot and i will look no further than muziker. thanks again muziker team and happy christmas

the new artikel was delivered at exact the predicted day. You can follow your package throughout Europe before it arrives. Neat and fast delivery,but that only shows the delivery company who they cooperate with. what counts for Muziker: Product great, price good, direct delivery status. Very happy

SAV à revoir. J'ai dû lutter 3 mois pour faire remplacer un ampli défectueux (320€) qui est tombé en panne et qui faisait un son de fond désagréable depuis le retour de leur SAV (2 mois ! pour qu'ils reviennent en +) Ils passent par des transporteurs qui viennent au jour et à l'heure qui leur chante, pas de dépos en relais ou à la poste c'est GLS ou rien ! Magasin basé en slovaquie donc manque d'éfficacité en matère de service client. Prix attractifs mais préférez plutôt aller chez Thomann ou Bax qui sont des valeurs sûres. J'ai néanmoins obtenu un remboursement au final. Dommage que cela ai pris autant de temps et que j'ai dû me libérer presque une semaine de temps au final avec tous les retours de ping pong avec le SAV et le Transporteur... A noter : en cas de non satisfaction le retour d'un produit est à vos frais, à compter facilement aux alentours des 30€ et + car ce n'est pas en France.

Ho fatto il mio primo acquisto su Muziker ed è andato tutto a meraviglia, ho anche contattato due volte l'assistenza per delle curiosità e gli operatori sono stati estremamente competenti. A parte questo il sito è ben fornito e con prezzi molto competitivi. Io nello specifico ho acquistato un basso elettrico per niente facile da trovare (tant'è che ne vendevano solo uno di quel tipo) che stavo cercando da un bel po di tempo e oltre alla felicità per averlo trovato l'ho pagato anche meno del suo costo medio con ulteriore sconto dovuto al Black Friday e spese di spedizione bassissime. Mi hanno anche fatto scegliere un regalino (ho scelto delle pinzette con fermo in acciaio massiccio di ottima qualità, utilissime per le saldature a stagno). Sono veramente soddisfatto

Il servizio clienti è presente e disponible, alle mail in italiano e sul sito in inglese Per il trasporto mi sono affidato a DPD e al loro tracciamento ma è andato tutto a buon fine, ho ordinato un pc arrivato senza un graffio Ottimo prezzo, ottima esperienza, sconsigliato per chi non mastica un minimo di inglese o che non sappia usare funzioni di base del pc/mail, dopo si finisce per non trovare alcune cose e lasciare recensioni negative

Sehr schnelle Lieferung und Produkte wie beschrieben. Leider sitzt der Anbieter im Ausland. Dies macht eine Retoure sehr teuer, da man diese selbst trägt. Ansonsten auch hier schnelle Rücküberweisung.

I ordered 3 Terre Irish Wistles in C, A, F. Everything arrived on time in a good and safe packaging. Unluckily the sound of the Terre Whistle in F seems a bit scratchy. Like something inside the Whistle is broken or maybe not like it has to be. Is it possible to get another one in F with a clear sound? If the sound of this whistle will be better I would send back the other one. Sunny greetings, Nina B.

Very good, honest and serious firm. I did an error for a command and after writing an email I was replied to the day after. Finally I was reimbursed very quickly and able to command again. I recommend!

Ottimo sito di commercio di articoli musicali ed elettronica, ho acquistato un lettore mp3 ad un prezzo veramente concorrenziale rimasto sul sito per poco tempo, ed ora non disponibile, e già da qui si vede la correttezza di esporre in vendita solo articoli effettivamente disponibili,,,I tempi di consegna sono stati rispettati ed il prodotto è arrivato il quarto giorno (in anticipo di un giorno rispetto a quanto indicato al momento dell' acquisto), come specificato il tracking (GLS) funziona quando la merce entra in Italia cioè dopo circa due giorni.
