Avis sur Muziker de Trustpilot

I purchased a drone backpack that I couldn't find anywhere else. It was half the RRP and arrived within a couple of days via DPD, with great communication along the way. I wouldn't hesitate to use again based on this experience.

Recently purchased a KRK 10S2 Subwoofer from Muziker. To my amazment, I only found out the company was based in Bratislava when I checked the DPD tracker (I'm based in London). Straight away, I checked the reviews to find a mixed bag, thought to myself 'here we go again....' but NO, the sub arrived 4 DAYS EARLIER than the predicted date. It's brand new, as i'd expect, and everything is working as well. Pleasently suprised, don't let the bad reivews get to you!

Colis reçu le jour prévu, aucun souci, livreur sympa. Le seul regret c'est que la guitare que j'ai commandé est un peu en mauvaise état mais sinon RAS.

niveau prix, intéressant, expédition dans les temps, les emballages ne sont pas forcément bien fermés, par contre le transporteur PDP est une calamité, ne trouve pas l'adresse de livraison, ne peut pas téléphoner au client, erreur de tri au dépôt, et le carton est complètement endommagé, voir défoncé.

I bought an acoustic guitar from them for £40 cheaper than anywhere else online, then I read some of the reviews and was sure I’d been mugged off and the guitar would have a fault. But no it came a week later with DPD and is in perfect condition and sounds great. I was very happy but the reviews I read make them seem very hit or miss

Stond een Beetje in dubio om hier te bestellen na alle recensies gelezen te hebben. Uiteindelijk toch gedaan en geen spijt! Had een grote bestelling, zondag besteld en vrijdag erna al keurig verpakt en compleet in huis. Track en trace in het Engels, maar heel nauwkeurig. Hier bestel ik de volgende keer met een gerust hart weer.

Ho comprato su Muzitek Slovacchia un synth, pagato con bonifico 70€ meno che in Italia. Preso immediatamente in ordine e spedito il giorno dopo. Arrivato anche prima del previsto in 7 giorni. Negozio preciso, serio e affidabile. Anche il sig. Daniele, referente in Italia, è stato gentile e preciso nello sveltire la pratica di invio della merce. Soddisfatto in tutto. Paolo.

Great customer service and products 25% cheaper than on the other websites.

I ordered a Fender Telecaster which came in 6 days sooner than expected. The guitar was carefully packed and in great shape. I am very enthusiastic and will order more products from Muziker in the next future for sure.

Ordered two scooters that came from Slovakia in 4 days during COVID-19... That's impressive stuff. Kept up to date with order status and DPD tracking was very good. The marketing emails are however terrible, and Monika from Customer Support sent a less than helpful email about a price match that left a lot to be desired in terms of valuing customers, it was just generally rude and not useful... A shame as I would otherwise order from them again if it weren't for that let down at the end! I feel lucky compared to some reviews that if has been positive for me overall. Without the rubbish marketing I'd have given 5 stars.

Good service the thing is I was meant to get two items at once but I got two separate items sent separately witch only took 8 days but it seem like 8months

So this is my 3rd order from muziker. First 2 were some small stuff not so important. But the last one had a guitar and an amp. Ordering was pretty straightforward and customer service was top notch. Guitar arrived early than they estimated and the guitar is impeccable. No need for a setup. Thank you, Muziker.

I bought a roland piano, adjustable stool and headphones. I got a free gift of my choice to the value of €160 as my order was over €2500. Order was dispatched within a day with GEIS. The tracking was very efficient until it left Germany and them there were no updates for 10 days until the delivery driver arrived at the door. I suppose the breakdown in communication could be put down to the coronavirus? The piano and gear with is arrived extremely well packaged with no issues. I would recommend this company but the tracking needs to be worked better.

J'étais assez anxieux au vu des différents commentaires. Mais j'ai quand même tenté car ils étaient le seul site à encore vendre des rouleaux pour s'entrainner au vélo à la maison qui étaient complétement sold out ailleurs pendant le confinement. Et en plus d'être les seul a avoir du stock il étaient les seuls à les vendre au prix normal quand Amazon et autres n'hésitaient pas à augmenter les prix de 50%. Au final le colis est parti deux semaines plus tôt qu'initialement annoncé de Solvenie (mais on les frais d'envois sont offers) et est arrivé en moins d'une semaine via DPD. Tout est conforme à ce que j'attendais et j'ai même pu choisir un cadeau à 5€ avec ma commande. Je peux du coup continuer à faire du vélo en intérieur. A noter je ne peut pas trop décrire le service client car je n'ai pas eu a faire de retour et n'ai pas eu de soucis avec la commande mais quand j'avais fait une demande de disponibilité sur le site j'ai reçu une reponse en moins de 24h.

I bought a B-stock guitar that was far far better shape than described perfect in fact. However I did return the instrument mainly for economic reasons. I sent the instrument back friday the 13th (which was ominous) and the week after Covid-19 exploded completely in Europe. I was a little concerned about this, but the only thing that happened was that the package was a bit delayed in transit. But the money was returned swiftly and I can recommend this comapnt

I have not ordered yet it is almost my birthday and I want a Walkman very bad I’m almost 12 and I want an honest review please from someone because I don’t want to spend all my money and it end badly can someone please help

Good experience. I ordered an Orange rockerverb 50c amplifier, which is quite an expensive amp but it was a lot cheaper on Muziker than elsewhere. A week after I ordered it I read the reviews here and was very worried. The package arrived in good condition, the amp inside did not have a scratch. The package arrived 2 days late but since it is Corona times im happy it arrived at all. I live in Sweden so my package switched Courier companys on the way so could not track it after that, and that is really the only slightly negative I have to say about my experience on Muziker. Great price and great delivery.

After all the reviews I read, I was pretty scared to order anything but I still ordered a whole set. A Squier guitar with lots of other things. The price was very good! I got a mail with my package number but when I tried to track it the package didn't exist. I got pretty scared because of the fact that many people didn't receive a bunch of things. I got my package 2 days earlier! I opened everything very carefully and everything was inside just as described! Nothing was broken and everything works perfectly fine! I'm very happy with the price, quality and the very quick delivery! I live in Belgium. Although I'm very happy with this, I wont buy anything else of this site just because of the many bad reviews. Hope that I helped.

I ordered a Fender Guitar, much cheaper compared to buying in a store. Then I read these reviews and was really worried. But I have only good things to say - parcel arrived three days before schedule. Nicely packaged.

Every thing as per the description. Really nice prices. Delivery from GLS is bit problemetic as they won't tell the time slot for delivery. Other than then delivery everything is awesome. I was bit hesitant after so bad reviews but my experience was nice with muziker.
